By contracting the in-company workshops of Alexandraacoaching, you accept the following conditions. Please read this document carefully before formalizing any agreement.
Alexandraacoaching offers executive training programs and training in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) for companies. Workshops are delivered in-person or remotely, as agreed in the commercial proposal. The content is designed exclusively for software engineering teams and senior executives.
The client agrees to provide a suitable space (physical or virtual) for the workshop, ensure the attendance of designated personnel, and make available the necessary technical resources (projector, internet connection, videoconferencing tools). Any change in the date or scope of the workshop must be notified at least 72 hours in advance.
Alexandraacoaching is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption arising from the application of the methodologies taught. The workshops are for educational and professional development purposes; results depend on the context and specific implementation of each organization. No specific increase in productivity or profitability is guaranteed.
All educational material, presentations, guides, and dynamics delivered during the workshop are the property of Alexandraacoaching. Their total or partial reproduction, distribution, or commercial use outside the scope of the contracting company is prohibited without express written authorization.
The client may cancel a scheduled workshop with a minimum of 7 business days' notice at no cost. Later cancellations may be subject to a penalty of 50% of the agreed value. Alexandraacoaching reserves the right to reschedule a workshop due to force majeure, notifying the client as far in advance as possible.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information exchanged during the provision of the service, including business data, internal strategies, and work materials. This obligation remains in effect even after the contractual relationship has ended.
Alexandraacoaching may update these terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated to active clients by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction or venue.
