The following terms define the scope and limitations of the training and consulting services offered by Alexandraacoaching. Reading them is recommended before contracting any workshop or program.
Each workshop is custom-designed for the contracting organization. The content, duration, and practical exercises are agreed upon in advance during a diagnostic meeting. Individual coaching or organizational therapy services are not included.
The programs are based on Scrum, Kanban, and other recognized agile methodologies. We do not guarantee specific results in productivity or profitability, as these depend on the implementation and context of each team.
All material provided during the sessions is the property of Alexandraacoaching and may not be reproduced or distributed without written authorization. Information shared by participants during the workshops is treated confidentially.
Cancellations with less than 48 business hours' notice may be subject to administrative fees. Rescheduling is possible at no additional cost if notified at least 5 business days in advance.
Alexandraacoaching is not responsible for business decisions made by the contracting organization as a result of the workshops. Consulting is limited to training and facilitation of agile processes.
These terms are governed by the legislation of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
